Came in and got a friendly welcome and asked if we needed help. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wow lots of different animals from fish, birds, lizards, frogs and hissing snakes lol. Lots of animal products. Place looks clean and well tidy of a big place. Bird even said hello to me

Absolutely love this place so much, everyone is so beautiful and friendly, i cannot remember her name but she has blondish hair , shes such an angel, need more workers like her , helped me out when i needed it and took stuff to the car for me , goes over and beyond, everyone must come to this store, love it

We had such a great experience from Pet City Rockingham, particularly from Skye this last Sunday. We had just set up an aquarium and had been given questionable advise from a competitor. We went into Pet City looking for inspiration on our tank and Skye helped us tremendously with that. Hats off to her, with anything she wasn't sure on, she checked with co-workers but came back with confidence and great advise that we felt comfortable with pursuing. She was so personable, fun, witty and committed to helping us. We're now sitting infront of our beautiful fish tank and fish, enjoying what we were told we couldn't enjoy for another 3 months by their competitor.... Thank you Skye, you helped us make our dream come true and you are an absolute asset to Pet City and have guaranteed our commitment to coming back to you.

Faultless customer service. The girls that work the late shift are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend signing up to the loyalty program. The perks are very generous and super helpful when you need a little help. The range of pet products is more than sufficient. The prices are competitive. The store is always clean, tidy and well stocked. It's well located on Dixon Road with parking out front. Opening hours include late night Thursdays (very convenient). I would recommend PetO Rockingham without hesitation.

Super friendly customer service, I just went in and had to type a review from my car because the lady that served me was just so lovely. So full of energy and even helped me carry the dog biscuits to the counter and then to my car!! I didn’t catch her name but on my receipt it says I was served by Jade, so thank you so much!! Deserves a raise for sure.

This place has a great range of products, is price competitive and very spacious and clean. But most of all the humans who work here are fabulous, helpful and so kind and truly show a deep interest in your pets and their needs. Will definitely be making this my go-to pet store. Thanks guys!
